About the role

As an Integration Lead Developer, you will play a critical role in enabling secure, reliable and high‑performing integrations across our corporate technology landscape. Leading the adoption of Workato as our strategic integration platform, you'll design and deliver enterprise‑grade integrations between SAP S/4HANA and a range of business systems, with a strong focus on data quality, operational stability and finance‑critical processes. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or related discipline
  • Master's degree will be highly regarded
  • 7+ years' experience in enterprise integration development
  • Proven experience in a senior or lead integration role
  • Strong background delivering Workato and SAP S/4HANA integrations in production environments
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones when required.
  • Expert knowledge of Workato, REST APIs and enterprise integration patterns
  • Strong understanding of SAP BTP, cloud and security principles
  • Experience delivering finance‑critical integrations in regulated environments
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Strong governance, documentation and assurance capability
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions
