Responsibilities

- 10 years of related experience preferably in electric utility regulation.
- Other Must Haves:
- Deep expertise in state public utility commission processes and ratemaking.
- Proven executive-level communication and leadership skills.

Job Summary The Vice President, Regulatory serves as the senior executive responsible for developing and executing the operating company's regulatory strategy across all state jurisdictions in which the electric utility operates. This role leads regulatory policy, rate case strategy, filings, and stakeholder engagement to support safe, reliable, and affordable electric service while enabling long-term infrastructure investment and financial stability. The VP acts as the primary executive interface with state public utility commissions, regulatory staff, intervenors, and key external stakeholders, and is a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team on regulatory risk, opportunities, and outcomes.
