Foot Reflexology / Body Masseur

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional foot reflexology, body massage, and wellness treatments following company protocols
• Assess customer needs to recommend and tailor appropriate treatment options
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas to ensure a safe environment
• Monitor and ensure customer comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout each treatment session
• Accurately document treatment details as required
• Follow company policies, health and safety regulations, and service protocols consistently
• Collaborate with management by performing additional duties as assigned
• Required competencies and certifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience providing foot reflexology and/or body massage treatments
• Knowledge of various massage techniques and pressure point therapy to effectively treat customers
• Physical fitness to stand for extended periods during treatment sessions
• Strong customer service and communication skills to engage and assist clients
• Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive and reliable attitude
• Compliance with all applicable Singapore employment and workplace regulations
