Responsibilities
- How you will do it
- Track and trend Plant KPI leading indicators, job certification status, training completion, and HPT performance.
- Prepare monthly analytical summaries highlighting trends, gaps, and recommendations for plant leadership.
- Own development and maintenance of HPT scorecards and performance metrics.
- Drive development of HPT action plans that align with plant objectives and measurable team ‑ level KPIs.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all Operations Excellence and HPT ‑ related data.
- Use data to enable continuous improvement of HPT maturity and ongoing effectiveness
- Coordinate recognition using objective performance data.
- Ensure team and leadership monthly result monthly results meetings occur and rive measurable outcomes.

- Demonstrated experience building, maintaining, or analyzing operational metrics, scorecards, or performance dashboards in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and turn insights into clear recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Analytics, Business, EHS, HR, or a related discipline with demonstrated analytical work.
