Responsibilities

• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional campaigns.
• Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products or services.
• Build strong relationships with customers and deliver excellent customer service.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management.
• Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of events and roadshows.
• Maintain product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers.
• Follow up with leads and support post-sales enquiries when required.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales experience in retail, events, roadshows, direct sales, or customer-facing roles. Entry-level candidates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Comfortable working at different event venues and roadshow locations.
• Positive attitude with a passion for meeting new people and delivering great customer experiences.
