In this role, you will design customized travel itineraries based on clients' preferences, budgets, and destinations of interest. You will collaborate with our team to ensure all aspects of the itinerary-from transportation to accommodations and activities-are well-organized and tailored to the client's needs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to gather travel details, preferences, and expectations
• Research destinations, accommodations, and activities to create well-rounded itineraries
• Organize trip details including transportation, lodging, excursions, and special requests
• Provide clear, easy-to-follow itineraries for clients prior to departure
• Update and adjust itineraries as needed to accommodate changes
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communication
• Stay informed on travel trends, destination updates, and industry best practices

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
• Interest in travel and creating memorable client experiences
• Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required
