The Financial Controller is responsible for the overall integrity, accuracy, and governance of the General Ledger, ensuring financial records are complete and reconciled to trial balance level. The role leads the Record to Report (R2R) function, overseeing month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance, while managing a team to deliver timely, accurate, and audit-ready financial information. The position plays a key role in financial control, risk management, and business partnering, providing insights to support strategic decision-making. Minimum Requirements Matric / Grade 12 3-year Accounting Degree or Diploma (Preferred) Minimum 5 years' experience in financial accounting / R2R (with leadership exposure) SAP or ERP system experience advantageous Strong Excel and data analysis skills Core Competencies Strong leadership and team management Attention to detail and accuracy Analytical thinking and problem-solving Communication and stakeholder engagement Time management and delivery under pressure IFRS / technical accounting knowledge Data analysis and financial interpretation High integrity and ethical standards
