Join our dedicated team as a n On-Call Driver and be part of an organization that positively impacts lives every day! Work Location: Must reside within 30 minutes of 7150 Madison Ave W. Golden Valley, MN 55427. Schedule: Part-time, On-call availability required. 24hr Shift - 0600-0600 - Fri, Sat and Sun. Flexibility is a plus. How You Will Be Rewarded as an On-Call Driver Compensation: Competitive pay, $23.00 per hour, plus a $2.00 overnight shift differential. Benefits: Medical (Cigna), Dental, Vision, 401k (5% match w/immediate vesting), HSA & FSA, employer paid Life & AD&D benefits Sick Time: Employer paid sick time Key Responsibilities of an On-Call Driver Provide professional ground transportation for surgical teams, specimens, and critical medical equipment Ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries while maintaining exceptional customer service Adhere to all traffic laws and TAM operational procedures Perform vehicle safety checks and fleet maintenance tasks Maintain constant communication with logistics coordinators and respond to dispatch calls within 10 minutes Handle medical specimens and sensitive cargo with utmost care and precision Qualifications & Skills of an On-Call Driver High School Diploma/GED required Valid driver's license with a clean 39-month driving record 2+ years of driving experience EVOC is a PLUS Excellent customer service and relationship building skills Experience in medical transport, logistics, or professional driving a plus Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit for extended periods Reliable cell phone access and availability for on-call shifts Why Join Trinity Medical Solutions?
