The Global EHS Manager , based in Cavite, Philippines, leads enterprise-wide processes for sustainability metrics, carbon accounting, data validation/verification, and trend analysis across ADI's global manufacturing and non-manufacturing operations. The role is accountable for driving EHS systems governance, standardization, and continuous improvement , ensuring alignment with Analog Devices' ESG strategy, regulatory requirements, and external reporting standards. This position plays a critical role in supporting and strengthening EHS operational performance by partnering with global stakeholders to implement strategic and effective environmental, health, and safety initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance and drive risk reduction initiatives, while building organizational capability and fostering a strong, globally aligned EHS culture. For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. As such, applicants for this position - except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) - may have to go through an export licensing review process.
