About the role

The Senior Business Development Specialist will play a key role in driving growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will identify and secure new business opportunities, cultivate strong customer relationships, and generate revenue across ispace's suite of lunar services and products. The position will be based in Luxembourg, on-site and will report to the EU Business Director. It will closely collaborate with ispace EUROPE's other Business Team members as well as business teams in ispace's Japan and US offices and technical teams across ispace globally. Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in international business, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Space Management or Engineering.
  • 8+ years of experience in business development, including market segment strategy development; experience in sales of technical products or services is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of converting leads to successful contracts.
  • Strong contract negotiation skills and experience managing proposals and complex tender submissions.
  • Experience in space or aerospace business development and sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and contribute effectively as a team member.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as French, German, Italian, Spanish, or Japanese are a plus.
