Main responsibilities Daily marketing campaigns and communication flows execution, including email and in-app using the marketing automation platform; Segment audiences and target specific users groups and lifecycle stages; Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and relevant campaign assets; Track, measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing automation campaigns using KPIs and performance metrics; Setup A/B tests and provide insights based on data; Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation efficiencies Help troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issue related to marketing automation platform; Consult the users support team on ongoing marketing campaigns and help them resolve basic existing users-related issues. Core requirements Exceptional mathematical thinking - the ability to analyze problems and complex issues, identify patterns, apply logical reasoning and systemic approach.
