Areas of Interest - Business Development - Support business reviews, planning and performance tracking - Identify new market growth opportunities and address performance gaps - Analytics & Business Intelligence - Transform data into actionable insights and recommendations - Develop performance visibility through reporting and analytics - Data & AI Enablement - Ensure data governance and reporting accuracy - Leverage analytics, automation and AI to enhance commercial effectiveness - Activation Excellence - Drive execution excellence through performance monitoring - Translate insights into actions that improve productivity and commercial outcomes Who we're looking for - Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent - A motivated, driven, and achievement-oriented individual with a growth mindset and strong learning agility - Abilityto work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, and Microsoft Excel to develop scalable reporting, analytics, and decision-support solutions - Proven ability to transform complex datasets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. - Exposure to Salesforce Analytics / CRM Analytics, AI-enabled solutions, or Python for analytics and automation is an advantage. - Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence decisions through insights
