- Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and establish targeted learning interventions.
- Employee Experience & Culture
- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, recognition, and culture-building initiatives to foster a high-performance and inclusive workplace.
- Lead employees listening to initiatives, engagement surveys, and action planning to continuously improve employee experience.
- Promote company values and support the development of a strong organizational culture across multiple locations.
- Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, conflict resolution, and performance improvement.
- Support managers in managing complex matters while ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance.
- Drive performance management processes, ensuring alignment between individual performance, development, and business objectives.
- HR Governance, Compliance & Process Excellence
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and statutory requirements across Singapore, Malaysia, and other SEA entities.
- Develop, review, and enhance HR policies, frameworks, and processes to ensure scalability, consistency, and operational excellence.
- Lead HR process improvement initiatives, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Partner with regional and global stakeholders to implement HR programs, initiatives, and governance frameworks.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a Business Partnering role.
- Proven experience partnering senior stakeholders and business leaders on strategic people matters.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore and Malaysia employment legislation and HR practices.
- Demonstrated experience in talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement.
- Experience managing employee relations, investigations, disciplinary matters, and performance management processes.
- Strong understanding of Learning & Development and leadership capability-building initiatives.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a dynamic environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting regional or multi-country operations would be advantageous.
- Proficient in HR systems, workforce analytics, and Microsoft Office applications.
