Department Overview Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales and adoption of new technologies and solutions. Strategically partner with Account Managers and serves as an overlay to help supplement their effort to drive next-generation solutions and services. Job Description Partner Management & Growth: Proactively re-engage dormant accounts, specifically targeting "Preferred" partners who have been inactive for six months or more (with no revenue, orders, or existing pipeline). Focus on reactivating business and managing smaller leads in collaboration with eligible Motorola Solutions' partners. Identify and recruit new channel partners with a specialization in key areas such as video surveillance, access control, analytics, and general IT. Collaborate with Channel Account Managers to drive a smooth and efficient partner onboarding process, integrating new partners into the Motorola Solutions' ecosystem. Sales & Enablement: Meet or exceed monthly individual revenue quotas. Provide training and enablement on the Motorola Solutions' security and IT product portfolio to ensure partner competency. Offer guidance and assistance to new partners. Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to provide comprehensive support and necessary resources to partners. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to continuously optimize partner recruitment strategies. Basic Requirements 2-5 years of experience within an Inside Sales organization Required native or fluent English language, both spoken & written Preferred experience with technology sales, cold calling, and webinars Preferred Salesforce and Outreach experience.
