Role Overview The Head of Birdman Studio is the company's single point of contact for content creation and consumer connection through audiovisual content. This role translates the marketing team's briefings into liquid & linked, culturally relevant content that generates and increases the brand's differentiation, meaningfulness, and salience with consumers. It leads the in-house content engine, creative, production, and community, with the ambition of operating as the best communication and advertising agency in Mexico, fully embedded within the business. - By generating campaigns and content that meet the marketing team's requirements and strategy. _ By ensuring they clearly and efficiently communicate the objectives of each business line and stay relevant to the consumer. - By embedding cultural codes, trends, and timely content across the brand's communication. - By managing, optimizing, and driving efficiency of resources to achieve objectives - By acting as the first guardian of the brand books and identity guidelines of the company and each business line. - By bringing the content and communication perspective into strategic discussions. - By building the best creative talent as owner of the Content Center of Excellence - By converting strategy into liquid & linked content executable across channels. Must-Have Requirements Agency experience, ideally as Creative Director or Planning Director (Account Director also valued). Leading content production projects on a cross-functional basis. Managing creative, content, and production projects at a regional level or outside Mexico. Client-side experience managing a brand. Bachelor's degree, ideally Communication, Advertising, Design, Marketing, Audiovisual Production, or a creative field. Bilingual (full oral and written command).
