Role Summary and Impact As the Associate Manager for Ecommerce Planning, you will be instrumental in designing and driving integrated e-commerce growth strategies. Your primary focus will be on translating overarching business objectives into clear, actionable e-commerce media plans, identifying growth opportunities, and managing pivotal relationships with clients and key stakeholders to deliver strong business outcomes. Ecommerce Planning & Strategy: Lead the development of comprehensive e-commerce strategies and media plans (annual/quarterly) that are aligned with client business objectives and growth priorities. Growth Identification: Identify and articulate growth opportunities by analyzing platform dynamics, shopper behavior, category trends, and the competitive landscape. Strategic Frameworks: Build clear planning frameworks that cover traffic generation, conversion optimization, buyer growth, promotional strategy, and overall business performance analysis. Business Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate e-commerce performance across various platforms and campaigns, analyzing key metrics (GMV, ROAS, traffic, conversion, AOV) to generate actionable insights that inform future planning. Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key strategic contact for clients in planning, performance discussions, and business recommendations, building trusted relationships through proactive and solution-oriented communication. Platform & Solution Expertise: Maintain a strong operational knowledge of major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), including their commercial mechanics, performance levers, and media ecosystems to shape strategic recommendations. Project Management & Collaboration: Effectively manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities, coordinating with cross-functional teams (media, content, analytics, operations) to ensure flawless execution.
