Draftsman

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed construction shop drawings
• using AutoCad or similar software
• -
• Submission and revision of shop drawings with
• clients
• -
• On-site measurement with clients for areas that
• require more clarity
• -
• Coordinate with clients to resolve any issues
• arising out of shop drawing comments

Requirements

• -
• Have experience in dealing with Architectural
• and Steel Structural related drawings/works
• Is able to use AutoCad or other similar software
• proficiently
• Must be able to prepare construction
• shop-drawings without error and on a timely manner for submissions
• Is able to read, understand, and prepare
• Bar-Bending Schedules for reinforced bars based on construction drawings given
• Expectations
• Have good work ethics and shows camaraderie with
• other employees
• Have good presentation skills when meeting
• clients
• Have good interpersonal skills
• Have good reporting skills to top management
• Is self-motivated and willing to learn
