Requirements

- Experience: 3+ years driving full-life-cycle recruitment, with a heavy emphasis on technical and engineering roles.
- Proactive Sourcing: Demonstrated success in identifying passive talent, nurturing long-term relationships, and accelerating the hiring cycle.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency navigating modern applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and utilizing advanced digital sourcing platforms.
