The scope of the role includes inspiring others, effectively managing financial and human resources, overseeing clinical operations, promoting excellence in patient care and advancing team effectiveness and efficiency in a multidisciplinary Professional Practice Model. The manager is also expected to support and implement evidence based practices and continuing process improvements to meet unit, program and organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring a confident and resourceful attitude in the face of challenges, and have the motivation to deliver results in a complex and demanding environment.
