Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Building, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Resident Technical Officer (Architectural & Interior Design) in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, architectural finishes, QA/QC procedures, and site supervision.
• Familiar with safety regulations, inspections, testing, and project documentation.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Resident Technical Officer (RTO) - Architectural & Interior Design (10+ Years Experience) Roles & Responsibilities - Supervise and inspect architectural, interior, and structural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. - Monitor site progress, identify delays, and report issues promptly. - Review contractor submissions, inspection records, and project documentation. - Conduct site inspections, material checks, testing, defect inspections, and verify rectification works. - Coordinate with contractors, consultants, Resident Architects, and safety personnel to ensure smooth project execution and site safety. - Maintain daily site records, inspection reports, approved samples, and project correspondence. - Verify setting out, service routes, preliminaries, and work sequencing. - Attend site meetings and provide standing supervision as required.
