You will be the face of devx AI labs for potential clients, diagnosing their challenges and prescribing our Cloud and AI solutions. This is a "hunter" role focused on bringing in new logos. Key KPI: Net New Revenue: Total contract value (TCV) closed from new business.

Responsibilities

  • Consultative Selling: engage with C-level executives (CTOs, CIOs, Heads of eCommerce) to understand their infrastructure and CX bottlenecks.
  • Pipeline Generation: proactively scout and qualify leads in the retail and e-commerce sectors who need migration support or AI transformation.
  • Deal structuring: Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation and closing.
  • Solution Alignment: Work closely with our Practice Leads to scope out high-level solutions that solve the prospect's business problem.
  • Efficiency: embody our "80% work in 20% time" value by using smart prospecting tools and focusing on high-probability opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1+ years in Tech Sales or Business Development. Experience selling Cloud Services or AI products is a massive plus.
  • Hunter Mindset: You enjoy the thrill of the chase and are motivated by revenue targets.
  • Strategic Thinker: You don't just sell "hours"; you sell outcomes and business transformation.
  • Fast Learner: You are eager to learn the devx AI labs playbook and iterate on it to close deals faster.
