Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations based on customer enquiries
- Process purchase orders and arrange shipments according to shipping instructions
- Coordinate with customers on cargo readiness and shipment schedules

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Perform other duties as assigned

- At least 1 year of experience, preferably in the Marine Industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Willing to take on additional tasks as assigned
- Team player with strong dedication to work
