Ensure that documentation is comprehensive, clear, and accessible to relevant team members, facilitating efficient implementation and knowledge sharing. Identify potential risks and issues associated with solution designs, considering factors such as security vulnerabilities, performance limitations, or technical constraints. Collaborate with the appropriate teams to proactively address and mitigate these risks, ensuring the overall stability and reliability of the solutions. Support the development and implementation phases of projects by providing guidance, clarifying design specifications, and resolving technical challenges. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure that the implemented solutions adhere to the original design and meet the required standards of quality. Continuously evaluate and improve existing solution design processes, methodologies, and frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements, automation opportunities, and tool enhancements to optimize the solution design lifecycle. KPIs: Work closely with clients or internal stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their needs. HIRING REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO project delivery and/or day-to-day operations. Functional Expertise: Strong experience mapping and configuring business processes within SAP FICO. Technical Integration: Good working knowledge of how SAP FICO integrates with other modules and technologies, such as cloud platforms, databases, and APIs. System Knowledge: Familiarity with software development lifecycles and standard IT support workflows. SaaS Tools: Experience with BlackLine or other SaaS Finance Solutions is a strong plus. Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot system bugs, identify root causes, and suggest effective fixes. Task Management: Strong time-management capabilities with the ability to prioritize daily tasks, work independently, and take ownership of assigned deliverables.
