Support customer requirements through JIT, JIS, and FIFO systems to ensure timely and accurate delivery. 9. Update processes and systems in line with customer-specific requirements and internal quality standards. 10. Train new employees, operators, and trainees on production processes, systems, safety, and quality requirements. 11. Communicating and co-coordinating with Department Heads of Feeder Shop for the availability of material 'Just In Time' so as to achieve Daily Production Plan. 12. Own and deliver department KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and efficiency. 13. Prepare daily and weekly production plans, review resource allocation, and communicate plans to concerned HODs and shop heads. 14. Review stock status of finished goods, work-in-progress, and pending customer requirements for effective production planning. 15. Ensure work orders and issue slips are generated as per production plans and verify material issues for completion of required quantities. 16. Follow up on shortages with purchase and related departments and ensure timely closure of work orders. 17. Monitor material consumption against BOM and take corrective action for variances, rework, shortages, or purchase requirements with proper documentation. 18. Initiate actions for rejection handling and rework as per the defined system and process controls. 19. Coordinate with marketing and dispatch departments for dispatch planning of ready materials. 20. Ensure effective implementation of the ERP system and provide on-the-job training to subordinates. 21. Maintain working knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management systems and related documentation.
