  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or related field.
  • Prior experience in Call Center environment a plus.
  • Ability to motivate, coach and develop team members.
  • Ability to communicate to diverse personalities and learning styles.
  • Proven track record of process development and improvement.

Job Overview: As a Supplier Retention Team Leader, you will be an integral member of the AvidXchange Supplier Growth Leadership team. This role will be responsible for managing and developing Supplier Retention Representatives within the functional area of Supplier Growth Retention efforts. You will also serve as a liaison with internal and external customers, to include maintaining open and concise communication with regards to deliverable status and other inquiries.
