- Track sourcing efforts in the ATS or CRM
- Share market insights and suggest sourcing improvements
Requirements
- Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Crunchbase
- Must understand deeply tech startups, funding stages, B2B vs B2C businesses
- Knows how to analyze profiles beyond surface level
- Strong written communication skills (English)
- Ability to identify and engage passive talent
- Basic understanding of the hiring process
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Required to be available 9-12 EST for meetings regardless of timezone
- Experience working in a recruitment agency or fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever)
- Understanding of Boolean search techniques
