About the role

We are looking for a Manager, Annual Fund to join our client, Canada's first fully digital hospital, known as the leader in digital health. This role will be responsible for driving annual fund revenue through integrated, multi-channel direct response campaigns. This role leads the planning, execution, and performance of the Foundation's annual giving programs, including direct mail and digital fundraising, and oversees several key initiatives. With a strong focus on revenue growth and audience expansion, the Manager is accountable for identifying, engaging, and converting new donor segments through effective direct response strategies, while strengthening retention and lifetime value of existing supporters. The role works in collaboration with Marketing & Communications to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand and messaging, while maintaining a clear focus on fundraising performance and results.
