Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver courses, diploma modules, workshops, and training programs in entrepreneurship, innovation, startup creation, venture growth, business models, and related subjects.

  • Organize and participate in conferences, seminars, innovation challenges, startup competitions, entrepreneurship events, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Assess student and participant performance and provide constructive feedback to support learning outcomes and venture development.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, research, and best practices in entrepreneurship, innovation, and business transformation.
  • Support entrepreneurship centers, incubators, accelerators, innovation labs, and startup development programs as needed.
  • Contribute to consultancy, advisory, and thought leadership activities related to entrepreneurship and innovation.
  • Perform other academic, training, and administrative duties as assigned.
  • Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, Innovation Management, Management, or a related field.
  • Academic teaching experience at the university level.
  • Strong research and publication record in entrepreneurship, innovation, or related disciplines.
  • Practical entrepreneurial, startup, consulting, investment, or industry experience.
  • Experience supervising student projects, research, or startup ventures.
  • Professional certifications in entrepreneurship, innovation, or business development are a plus.
