Job Description As the Field Property Adjuster you are responsible for investigating and confirming the facts of loss for advanced Homeowner's Claims. Determines coverage, damages and otherwise adjusts and negotiates claims within limit of authority. Responsible for creating a comprehensive estimate of damages for homeowners first party claims leading to the proper disposition. We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Property Field Adjuster to join our team. The ideal candidate will be based in Milwaukee, WI or live within close proximity to Madison, Kenosha, West Bend, Oshkosh, or Waukesha. In this role, you will manage moderate residential and some condo claims, conducting both in-person field inspections and virtual assessments from home. Success in this position requires strong conflict management skills, proficiency in Xactimate, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
