Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair various products including cabinets, insulation, tile, and drywall to ensure functional and aesthetic quality
• Follow safety best practices consistently to maintain a safe work environment during all tasks
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe operating condition to support reliable and efficient work performance
• Conduct building inspections to identify and assess needed repairs for structural and functional integrity
• Document repairs accurately and maintain thorough records to track maintenance history and support quality control
• Cut, shape, and alter materials precisely to meet project specifications and design requirements
• Build doors, cabinets, and windows with attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Measure and mark materials accurately to prepare for alterations and installations
