About the role
Location: Queenstown Work hours: Monday - Friday, office hours Job Scope: Conduct audiological assessments and upload results to EMR Interpret results and provide counseling to patients and caregivers Perform hearing aid evaluations and recommend suitable devices Fit hearing aids and guide patients on usage Troubleshoot devices and manage repairs/replacements Liaise with staff/vendors for equipment maintenance and consumables Monitor and maintain records of inventory and stocks Prepare reports and meeting minutes Supervise and train junior technicians Provide in-service training and stay updated on industry developments Participate in research activities Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements: Min.
