About the role
We are looking for a Trainee to join our North-East team, supporting procurement and operational processes across multiple European locations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is interested in working with data, reporting, and Excel-based processes . Responsibilities
- Process and validate operational data across internal systems
- Work extensively with Excel (large datasets, reports, data transfers)
- Prepare and maintain daily and weekly reports (including IBP and local reporting tools)
- Transfer and align data across different reports and tools
- Upload and maintain accurate data in SAP
- Confirm delivery dates and support operational coordination
- Collaborate closely with team members across Prague, Poland, and Barcelona
- Support shared team activities and provide backup when needed
- Ensure high data accuracy and consistency across all processes
Requirements
- Basic professional experience in administration, data, or office support roles
- Good knowledge of Excel (working with reports and data handling)
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Interest in working with data and reporting
- Willingness to learn internal tools and systems (SAP, reporting tools)
- Team player with good communication skills
