LATAM Internship Program - Salesforce Technical Consulting Intern

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize solutions on the Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, automations).
• Support API integrations and data manipulation.
• Participate in real projects with agile teams (Scrum/Kanban).
• Test, debug, and evolve solutions to ensure high quality.
• Support the use of AI (Agentforce) to boost productivity.
• Work closely with PMs, UX designers, and Architects on end-to-end deliveries.
• Who We Are Looking For
• Graduates or current students in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• A strong interest in programming, technology, and AI.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• A curious, adaptable mindset with a desire to learn quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Interest in building a long-term career with Salesforce.
• Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
• Prior experience with development or academic projects.
