This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of careers professionals in the development and delivery of tailored careers support for postgraduate students, within a dynamic and inclusive environment. You will be responsible for: Form part of the management team, work with the Head of Postgraduate Careers and peers to shape the overall strategy for postgraduate careers provision, ensuring the service remains relevant, agile and aligned with School priorities. Work with the team to design and deliver a range of careers workshops across the whole academic year, taking the students through their entire career journey from induction through to offer management and beyond. Support and contribute to the delivery of one-to-one careers guidance, skills development and coaching, including allocating resources and delivering sessions when required. You should demonstrate: Essential Criteria: A good first degree or relevant professional qualification, and/or significant proven experience of leadership in a careers or related field. Experience of leading and developing teams within a highly service-oriented environment. Experience of developing high-impact professional development or careers-related activity. Experience of building and maintaining relationships with external employers and internal stakeholders, including developing new opportunities for projects and related activity. Desirable Criteria: A demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives with measurable impact, ideally in a careers, professional development or related context. A proactive and highly developed client-focused approach, with a strong understanding of service excellence. A strong commercially aware and results-focused approach.
