Contractual home base: Flexible - any Drees & Sommer office in Germany, Belgium or Netherlands Project location: in an EU neighboring country west of Germany (100% on‑site presence required) Develop and maintain project schedules and execution plans for an exciting semiconductor manufacturing project within our EPCM Industry Business Unit Coordinate and collaborate within an interdisciplinary set up including Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, and external stakeholders to define and review work packages Take responsibility for developing and maintaining schedule and resource plans aligned with project objectives by identifying critical issues and deriving effective mitigation strategies Prepare and analyze project controls and progress reports to identify deviations, assess impacts, and provide recommendations for corrective action Contribute to the development of the Project Execution Plan by incorporating scheduling risks and opportunities, and support schedule control and implementation using the LEAN method. Successfully completed vocational training or a degree qualification (Technician, Engineer) related to the construction industry, such as Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Services Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification Several years of experience in project scheduling within the industrial sector, ideally in the semiconductor industry, would be a significant advantage Strong proficiency in project management and scheduling software, particularly Primavera P6 and MS Project PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or a comparable project management qualification is advantageous but not required Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of German, Dutch or French is an advantage Full flexibility and willingness to travel and work on international construction sites in Germany and Europe To ensure your work-life balance , we offer the option to work parttime and partly remote We promote your professional and personal development with individual training and further education opportunities in the Drees & Sommer Academy We support your health with a bonus for sports enthusiasts or a subsidy for membership at any gym facility in NL We promote sustainable mobility with a public transport allowance or a (electric) company car (depending on the need) Additional attractive offers with discounts in the corporate benefits portal.
