Sales Engineer - Precision Engineering Office Location : Kaki Bukit Singapore Working Hours : Mon - Fri 8am - 5.30pm Monthly Salary : Basic + Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB) Employment Type : Full time, Permanent Contract Company Overview A well‑established precision engineering group with decades of experience in the industry. Responsibility Develop Technical Expertise - Build strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, product features, and materials to effectively promote solutions; stay updated on industry advancements. Customer Relationship Management - Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, serve as the primary contact, and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs. Sales Strategy Execution - Collaborate with the sales team to implement strategies, identify new business opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle including contract negotiations. Product Presentations & Feedback - Conduct product presentations, customize solutions for customer challenges, and provide feedback to improve product offerings. Sales Reporting & Market Insights - Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends; analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement. Ad‑hoc Duties - Support management with additional tasks as required, contributing to overall business objectives. Requirement Minimum Diploma in Engineering which are recognized by relevant authority Minimum 3 years of experience in sales engineer, field application engineer, or technical sales role.
