Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a clear insights strategy in partnership with commercial finance, FP&A, customer insights, and strategy teams

Requirements

  • Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued - so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular:
  • 7+ years' experience in finance, analytics, or performance-based roles, with strong expertise in interpreting and triangulating multiple data sources
  • Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights that inform business decisions
  • Experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to build and present data-driven insights
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex financial information to a range of stakeholders
  • Proven leadership and collaboration capabilities, with experience mentoring teams and influencing cross-functional partners
  • Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving ability, adaptability, and alignment to long-term business goals, supported by a relevant degree (and professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA preferred)
