Job Summary The Technical Program Manager (TPM) at Synechron provides strategic and hands-on leadership for complex, high-impact technical projects spanning front-end, back-end, and middleware technologies. In this pivotal role, the TPM leverages deep technical expertise-including coding skills in Golang and Node.js-and proven program management capabilities to deliver robust solutions aligned with business objectives. The TPM drives collaboration, ensures project delivery, and champions continuous improvement to maximize organizational value.
