- Excellent negotiation & communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to assess partnership value and impact.
- Experience in building and managing long-term partner relationships.

Additional Information
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Business Partnerships Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving high-impact partnership initiatives that support the growth of our brands and business globally. On this senior position you will own partnerships end-to-end: from identifying and shaping opportunities, through negotiations and execution, to long-term relationship management and performance evaluation. You will also play a key role in co-defining our partnerships & franchise strategy and ensuring alignment with other internal teams and overall company goals. This individual contributor role will have a particular focus on gaming IP/brands collaborations in areas such as crossover integrations, board/tabletop games and publishing partnerships, while remaining flexible across a broad range of collaboration opportunities.
