Additional Information
Reporting to the Site/Operations Manager, the Operations Management Associate will be deployed to support day-to-day operational functions at assigned client locations. This role provides hands-on exposure to operations management, compliance, and coordination across various environments. Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Support the Site/Operations Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations at assigned locations Uphold and enforce company policies, as well as ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements Serve as a point of contact for on-site personnel, clients, and service providers Conduct routine operational checks, including hygiene, safety, and inventory monitoring where applicable Perform periodic audits (e.g. cash handling, documentation, or operational compliance) Assist in coordination of service workflows, including order handling or operational processes where required Maintain overall standards of site presentation, cleanliness, and staff professionalism Liaise with external contractors, vendors, and suppliers for operational support Identify areas for improvement and propose process enhancements to improve efficiency Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager
