As Embedded Software Developer for the Automation of Mobile Work Machines (f/m/div.) you will play a key role in shaping our Offroad Robotics Controller (OCR) platform by integrating state-of-the-art signal and image processing technologies. You will develop complex, high-quality embedded software in C++ that enables precise sensor-based environmental perception, intelligent data processing, and autonomous decision-making on a Linux/QNX platform. Your focus will be on defining a scalable architecture and optimizing it using machine learning and advanced software engineering practices such as CI/CD. You will design control functions and algorithms for the semi-automatic control of mobile machines, incorporating radar, ultrasound, and camera systems. In addition, you will derive technical requirements, support series production throughout the V-model, and ensure code quality in an agile environment. In your role, you will strategically contribute your technical expertise to the team, thereby ensuring the long-term performance and competitiveness of our semi-automated machines.
