Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management

  • Advocate for client needs and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and support client challenges.
  • Set and manage clear client expectations with actionable solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in a digital advertising or ecommerce sales position
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, including upselling, cross-selling, and negotiations.
  • Familiarity with trends and brands within the advertising industry
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex solutions and drive client engagement.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze account performance, track KPIs, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Resourcefulness in addressing challenges and managing client expectations effectively.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, switching from strategic to operational mindset; ability to prioritize and synthesize a high volume of information
  • Skilled in using internal tools to track progress, identify opportunities, and address concerns.
  • Familiarity with external tools for TAM analysis and industry trend monitoring.
  • Experience tracking interactions across communication platforms (Zoom, email, in-person engagements).
