Benefits

$105,000 - $120,000 per year. You are eligible for an uncapped Sales Incentive Plan with the target of $75,000 annually; terms and conditions apply.Account Executive - Sacramento: Must reside in the territoryEssential FunctionsProactively prospect and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.Focus exclusively on new business acquisition of genetic diagnostic testing services.Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies (including cold calling) to convert new hospital and clinical accounts.Manage a robust pipeline of prospective accounts from initial contact to closure.Clearly articulate clinical and financial value propositions to gain commitment from new customers.Develop and deliver high-impact presentations tailored to prospective clients.Maintain accurate and timely sales pipeline data and activity logs in the CRM.Consistently achieve aggressive new business sales goals.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account onboarding post-acquisition.
