Responsibilities

• Analyze industry and internal user stories, business requirements, and enhancement requests;
• Design, prepare, and execute UAT test cases and test scripts;
• Plan and coordinate UAT activities to ensure timely and successful testing;
• Collaborate with Product Owners, IT teams, and business units to support test execution and implementation;
• Log, track, follow up, and close defects with relevant stakeholders;
• Document test execution results and maintain test evidence;
• Provide daily updates on UAT progress, risks, issues, and defect status;
• Ensure quality and readiness of payment-related system enhancements before production deployment.

Job Summary Support the Payment Team in UAT planning, test case design, execution, defect management, and test result documentation to ensure successful delivery of payment-related enhancements and user requirements; Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, provide daily UAT progress updates, and leverage JIRA, Excel, and PowerPoint for test management, reporting, and analysis. Mandatory Skill-set Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, test case design, and execution; Strong knowledge of defect tracking and test management using JIRA; Ability to analyze business requirements, user stories, and enhancement requests; Good analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Experience in documenting test results and providing status reporting. Desired Skill-set Experience in banking or payment systems domain; Ability to work closely with Product Owners, IT teams, and business stakeholders; Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project environments; Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills; Experience managing end-to-end UAT activities and defect lifecycle.
