Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, document, and complete engineering projects related to the improvement of production capacity, quality, and efficiency, while meeting time, cost, and quality targets.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or related discipline from an accredited institution
- Mechanical and/or electrical engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (internship experience qualifies), knowledge of 3D Printing or additive manufacturing a plus
- Excellent problem-solving, advanced planning, organizational, and implementation skills with a passion for results; project management experience highly preferred
- Deep understanding of continuous improvement with effective change management skills; experience in a lean manufacturing environment (Six Sigma, PMI, etc.) ideal
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills with the ability to interact with senior leadership
- Data driven with a fact-based mindset, and effective at reporting and communicating relevant information
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.
