We're looking for a driven, curious, and sharp-witted IT & Information Security Specialist to join Topsort and help us build the next generation of privacy-friendly advertising infrastructure. You will play a key role in keeping our day-to-day IT operations running smoothly while also supporting and scaling our security, risk, and compliance practices, helping us mantain the highest standards across global frameworks such as SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and GDPR. This is a highly cross-functional and execution-focused role with significant room to grow. You'll be the go-to person for daily IT needs across the company, while also working closely with Engineering, Product, and Sales on security and compliance topics. It's a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast, take real ownership, and shape both IT and security practices in a high-growth startup. In this role, you will : IT Operations & User Support: Own day-to-day IT operations across the company. Handle access provisioning and deprovisioning across SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, AWS/GCP, and others), manage onboarding and offboarding workflows, and respond to internal IT requests and tickets in a timely and friendly way. Identity & Access Management: Manage user accounts, groups, permissions, and SSO/MFA configurations. Ensure least-privilege access principles are followed and that access reviews are conducted regularly. Device & Endpoint Management: Manage company laptops and endpoints, including provisioning, MDM enrollment, patching, and ensuring devices meet security baselines. Vendor & SaaS Management: Help track the company's SaaS stack, manage licenses, and support procurement and renewal conversations from an IT and security perspective. Security & Compliance Support: Help maintain and evolve Topsort's information security program, contributing to alignment with frameworks such as SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
