In this role you will act as a central coordination point for Scania Finance, managing key activities, communications, and priorities, as well as sensitive and confidential information. You will enjoy supporting cross-functional interactions, maintaining a structured, efficient working environment and ultimately ensuring a smooth operation. A pro-active approach with integrity in all you do are both essential. In this role you will: Coordinate all key meetings for the Managing Director, working closely with their Direct Reports and ensuring seamless scheduling, preparation, and follow-up across the Commercial office. Assist in the creating of agendas for relevant meetings. Be the liaison between the Managing Director and the Leadership team members. Identify and share best practices, as well as following up on decided actions. Coordinate and attend meetings and where necessary, minute and share action points. Proactively manage the Managing Directors calendar, ensuring prioritisation of critical meetings, efficient scheduling, and forward-planning. Oversee all travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics. Prepare documents for signature, circulating meeting packs and materials as required. Oversee and manage the Managing Directors inbox, reviewing emails, identifying priorities, responding where appropriate, and ensuring timely follow-up on actions, deadlines and key communications. Act as a trusted point of contact for colleagues across the global functions and regions, providing guidance, clarity, and support where necessary. Build strong working relationships across Traton Group, Scania Financial Services, Scania GB and other Group functions to support collaboration, information exchange and timely decision-making. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring messages are communicated clearly, accurately and in line with Scania's values Prepare briefing papers and material to support strategic meetings and initiatives About you: Organised - a forward thinker, who has a proven track record working in fast paced environments with efficiency.
