Driver

Responsibilities

• Transporting pallets from the factory to SingPost.
• Delivering goods and materials from Jurong to various locations island-wide.
• Operating a 14ft lorry equipped with a tailgate, ensuring safe loading and unloading of cargo.
• Adhering to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe transportation of goods.
• Conducting routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure the lorry is in good working condition.
• Maintaining accurate delivery records and obtaining necessary signatures upon delivery.
• Communicating effectively with the dispatch team to coordinate delivery schedules and routes.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements

• reliable and experienced Class 3/4 Driver
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency preferred
• Possess a valid Class 3/4 driving license.
• Prior experience as a Class 3 Driver preferred.
• Familiarity with Singapore roads and routes.
• Ability to operate a 14ft lorry with a tailgate.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
• Safety-conscious with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work long hours and weekends if required.
• Working Hours:
• 9 AM to 5.00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
• Salary and Benefits:
• Salary: est. S$3,000 ++ (Commensurate with experience and hard work.)
