About the role
A Comms Architect will be responsible for creating and leading a team of cross disciplined engineers to develop/design/prototype/build and eventually field resilient communications products. An ideal candidate is someone who has 10+ years of military comms waveform experience, wireless systems or radar, digital signal processing, systems engineering, product development, and leadership skills.

- REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong experience with DSP implementation for embedded devices and/or software defined radios.
- Waveform design for resilient communications.
- Extensive experience with embedded devices, including FPGA, GPU, ARM, and Software Defined Radios.
- Familiar with wireless communication standards both commercial and DOD (Bluetooth, 3G/4G/5G, Wi-Fi, SINCGARS, MUOS, etc.).
- Excellent at balancing multiple projects at any given time.
- Project Management and Leadership experience.
- Enthusiastic about both working with a team and executing work.
- 25% travel required.
- Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S.Top Secret with SCI eligibility (Top Secret/SCI).
- US Salary Range
- $220,000 - $292,000 USD
