Responsibilities

  • Required competencies and certifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits, site meetings, exhibitions, and business development activities.
  • Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems.
